Important Travel Notice
- As per instructions from the Kuwait Immigration Authority (effective 5 November 2025), only passengers who have completed biometric registration will be accepted for travel.
- This applies to all residents and visitors, except GCC citizens visiting Kuwait.
- Passengers aged 18 years and above must obtain Immigration approval before acceptance.
- Biometric status for residents can be verified via the Sahel App.
Important Notice: Cash Declaration Requirement
- In line with the Anti-Money Laundering Law and instructions from the General Administration of Customs, all passengers must declare cash or monetary instruments exceeding KD 3,000 when entering or leaving Kuwait.

Fare Rules
- This booking is non-refundable, so please double-check your plans before confirming.
- Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close exactly 60 minutes prior to your flight. If you miss this deadline, your reservation may be canceled, and unfortunately, you won’t be eligible for any changes, refunds, or credits.
- Cancellations (except for group bookings) are permitted up to 24 hours before departure for Economy Class and up to 3 hours before departure for Business Class, with applicable fees as per fare rules.
- Booking changes (except for group bookings) are allowed up to 8 hours before departure for Economy Class and 3 hours for Business Class, with applicable fees and fare differences. Booking changes can be made via Customer Care, airport ticket desk, sales offices, agents, or the Jazeera Airways website.
- Your fare already includes all applicable taxes, fees, and charges at the time of booking. If any new tax or fee is introduced later, you’ll have to pay that additional cost.
- Your itinerary is not a document of carriage. The official record is maintained in Jazeera Airways’ database, and in case of any discrepancy, the database record will always take precedence.
- If you’re transferring from Kuwait International Airport Terminal 5 to Terminal 1 or 4, an additional terminal transfer fee may be collected at your origin airport.
