Jazeera Airways, Kuwait’s leading low-cost carrier, today announced a strategic partnership with Trip.com Group, a leading global travel service provider, aimed at expanding its global reach and driving early bookings, while supporting the local travel and tourism industry.

The collaboration will see Trip.com leverage its vast global user base, predictive demand tools, and multi-market engines to strengthen Jazeera’s network – particularly on new and imbalance-prone routes – by boosting visibility, bookings, and demand generation across both origin and destination markets.

Commenting on the partnership, Paul Carroll, Chief Commercial Officer of Jazeera Airways, said:
“This partnership with Trip.com Group marks a significant step in our distribution and growth strategy. By tapping into their global demand ecosystem and cutting-edge AI retailing capabilities, we’re not only accelerating network performance but also enhancing how we reach, engage, and convert travelers. We look forward to jointly shaping Kuwait’s positioning as both a vibrant tourism destination and an efficient transit hub.”

CT Ooi, Chief Executive Officer of Flights, Trip.com Group, said: “By combining Jazeera’s network and local market expertise with Trip.com’s global reach, demand intelligence and technology capabilities, we can help connect the airline with high-potential traveller segments across key international markets. Our goal is to shed light on new and emerging routes, while helping travellers discover more of what Kuwait has to offer. We look forward to working closely with Jazeera to support the growth of Kuwait’s tourism and aviation ecosystem.”

As part of the agreement, both parties will also collaborate on promoting Kuwait as a high-potential stopover and destination through curated content, dynamic packaging, and regional storytelling, aligning with national efforts to diversify the economy and stimulate inbound tourism.

Jazeera Airways will also gain access to Trip.com’s next-generation distribution and retailing technology, enabling it to better serve niche segments such as students, expatriates, and visiting friends and relatives (VFR), while maximizing revenue per passenger through improved fare bundling, ancillary offers, and upsell strategies.

Additionally, the partnership will drive brand amplification for Jazeera Airways across Trip.com’s owned media platforms, co-branded campaigns, and CRM-led activations, allowing the airline to gain top-of-funnel awareness, drive mid-funnel engagement, and convert bottom-funnel interest into bookings.

This partnership is expected to further enhance Jazeera Airways’ ability to deliver affordable, reliable, and high-quality travel experiences while contributing to the broader vision of making Kuwait a regional aviation and tourism powerhouse.
