30 September 2026

Based on the request of Kuwait Civil Aviation Authority to postpone resumption of Transfer and Transit activities at the Kuwait International Airport, we regret to inform our passengers that the resumption of transfer and transit passenger services through Jazeera Terminal 5 (T5) at Kuwait International Airport has been delayed until further notice.

We sincerely apologize to passengers whose travel plans may be impacted. Affected passengers may request a full refund or complimentary date change.

Since March 2026, airlines operating through major aviation hubs across the GCC and the wider region have progressively and fully resumed transfer and transit passenger services. Jazeera Airways believes that enabling transfer and transit connectivity through Kuwait would similarly benefit passengers, support the markets we serve, strengthen Kuwait’s regional and international connectivity, and contribute to the continued development of Kuwait International Airport as an important aviation gateway.

We fully recognise that the implementation of such services requires the coordination and readiness of the Kuwait Civil Aviation Authority. Jazeera Airways will therefore continue to work constructively and closely to support Kuwait Civil Aviation Authority’s preparations towards resumption of transfer and transit operations through Jazeera Airways Terminal 5.

We remain committed to supporting Kuwait’s aviation sector and expanding the connectivity and travel choices available to our customers. We will announce the resumption of transfer and transit services in due course.

We thank our passengers for their patience, understanding and continued trust in Jazeera Airways.
