Use our self-service kiosks on the Sky Bridge to check in, print your boarding pass, and get your luggage tags. After tagging your bags, drop them off at the Baggage Drop desk on the ground floor. If you're traveling light, just check in and head straight to immigration.

Flying with Jazeera Airways? Our dedicated car park makes your journey easier. It's directly connected to Terminal 5 by a covered bridge leading to the first floor, so you can walk straight from your car to check-in without any hassle.

Need to collect your pre-ordered visa? Visit our visa desk located in the arrivals area before reaching immigration. Nationals from over 50 countries are eligible for visa-on-arrival. Just make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months, and you're good to go.
