It’s your travel safety net. If plans change, vibes shift, or life simply says “not today,” Cancel For Any Reason lets you call it off—without calling it a loss. Add it when you book, and you’ll get 80% of your fare back if you cancel up to 24 hours before takeoff.

What is covered under the Cancel For Any Reason service?

With Cancel For Any Reason service, you can cancel your flight up until the specified time frame before your first scheduled departure. You can cancel instantly without needing to talk to customer support.

How are refunds processed?

Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method—whether that’s a card, bank transfer, or via Hyperwallet. Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to be processed.

Which flights offer Cancel For Any Reason? +

Most bookings are eligible for Cancel For Any Reason. If it is available for your flight, you’ll see the option during booking. Just a heads up - it’s only offered at the time of booking and can’t be added later.

Can I still use Cancel For Any Reason to cancel my booking and get refunded if I have changed my itinerary? +

Even if you’ve updated your travel plans, you can use Cancel For Any Reason.

Your option to cancel and get a refund will expire at the earlier of:

The original cancellation deadline

24 hours before your new departure time for the first flight.

Your refund will be based on the original fare, not the updated cost after changes to origin, destination, or travel dates.

If you paid extra during the change (like a fare difference), you may be eligible for a separate refund. Just reach out to customer support.

How much will I be refunded when I use Cancel For Any Reason? +

It depends on the option you picked.

You’ll get back the percentage of your flight’s original cost (base fare + taxes) shown to you at checkout. For example, if your Cancel For Any Reason plan offers an 80% refund and your flight cost was USD 200, you’ll get USD 160 back.

Refunds are made in the same currency you paid with.

The service fee for Cancel For Any Reason is non-refundable, unless you cancel within the airline’s free cancellation window.

If you changed your itinerary, your refund is still based on the original flight cost, not the updated one.

Can I cancel for only some but not all of the passengers included on my original booking? +

No. Cancel For Any Reason applies to the whole crew. When you cancel, it’s all passengers on the booking, all flights, all at once.

Is the Cancel For Any Reason fee refundable? +

No. The Cancel For Any Reason fee is a service charge and isn’t refundable, even if you end up canceling your booking.

Do I need to purchase Cancel For Any Reason in order to receive a refund? +

Not necessarily. Even without it, you might still be eligible for a refund depending on your booking type.

Can I also get a refund of the taxes, fees and charges I paid in connection with my flight booking? +

Yes. The refund includes the full amount of any applicable taxes, fees, and charges (“TFCs”) you paid in connection with your booking, regardless of the Cancel For Any Reason option that you have purchased.

Can I cancel only part of my Cancel For Any Reason flight booking? +

No. Cancel For Any Reason covers your whole itinerary. Once you cancel, all flights in your booking take a break together.

Why am I receiving an error message explaining that I am not eligible for a refund? +

It usually means the cancellation window has closed.

Cancel For Any Reason comes with a deadline—and once that passes, the option to cancel and get a refund expires. If you’re seeing an error, it’s likely because you’ve missed that window.
