Manager - Revenue Optimization

Manager - Revenue Optimization to maximize passenger revenue and optimize the airline’s network profitability by implementing effective revenue management strategies across fare products, inventory control,and demand forecasting. The Manager – Revenue Optimization will drive initiatives aligned with the airline’s LCC model while ensuring high seat factor and yield performance through data-driven decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or Business. Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
10–12 years in airline revenue management or pricing & fare-filing, preferably in an LCC.
Strong understanding of fare structures, distribution, and airline economics.
Proficiency in Revenue Management Systems preferably in Kambr
Advanced MS Excel; knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus.
Familiarity with pricing strategies in LCC/hybrid environments.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
