Saudi Arabia Travel Guidelines

Starting from 20th May, passengers intended to travel to Kingdom Saudi Arabia must follow the below requirements:

All Passengers:

             Without this documentation passengers will not be allowed to board the flight.
 

Fully Vaccinated Immune Passengers:

Passengers not vaccinated or vaccinated with unapproved vaccine

Passengers exempted from the institutional quarantine:​

  1. Saudi citizens, citizen spouses, citizen’s children, and domestic workers who are accompanying any of the individuals mentioned in these categories. (Non-immune passengers, in this category, shall comply with home quarantine for a period of 7 days, and take a PCR test on the 6th day of quarantine).

  2. Non-immune domestic workers accompanying immune resident. (Non-immune passengers, in this category, shall comply with home quarantine for a period of 7 days, and take a PCR test on the 6th day of quarantine). 

  3. Immune passengers, (and their companions under the age of 18 years of citizens and residents). Non immune passengers, shall comply with home quarantine for a period of 7 days, and take a PCR test on the 6th day of quarantine).

  4. Those holding a diplomatic visa, diplomats and their residing families, on the basis that they adhere to the quarantine procedures by staying in their homes in accordance to the MOH approved regulations).

  5. Official delegations.

  6. Cabin Crews.

  7. Those involved in health supply chains, according to MOH. Kindly check and confirm with MOH before making any reservations.  

  8. Crews of marine vessels.  

  9. Health practitioners working in Government sectors, their families and companions those who are under the age of (18) (Must comply with home quarantine for a period of 7 days with (2) PCR tests, one within 24 hours and another on the 6th day of quarantine).  

       Passengers must take a PCR test on the 6th day of arrival. If the result is negative, they are permitted to leave quarantine on the 8th day.


List of government Health entities that have quarantine in their headquarters and institutional quarantine is not required for their employees:

  2. Ministry of National Guard - Health Affairs
  3. Ministry of Education
  4. Armed Forces Medical Services
  5. MOI Medical Services
  6. King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre
  7. General Intelligence Presidency
  8. Presidency of State Security
  9. Royal Clinic
  10. Saudi Aramco
  11. Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu
  12. General Sport Authority
  13. Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development
      To be classified as exempted from institutional quarantine, passengers must provide necessary documentation.
