Booking and Check-in

Back to All FAQ's

If you want to understand how to check in online you've come to the right place.

You can check in online for your flight within 24 hours before your departure time.

Please note if your return/onward flight departs outside of the 60-hour window from an airport where online check-in is not currently offered, you will need to head to the Jazeera Airways desk and check in manually when you get there.

Before you check in online, make sure you have the last names of all passengers that you'll be checking in and have the Booking Reference number on hand.

Then, take the following six steps:

1. Visit the Jazeera Airways Check-In page.
2. Enter your surname and Booking Reference number.
3. Select all of the the passengers you'd like to check in.
4. You may be asked to enter additional passenger information if the destination country needs more detail.
5. You will need passport details for all passengers
6. You'll also have the option of adding Jazeera Travel Extras at this stage, for example changing your allocated seat, booking the Jazeera Business Lounge or adding a meal to your flight from the Jazeera Café.

Once you've completed the check-in process, you'll be issued a boarding pass which can either be emailed, printed or sent directly to your mobile via the Jazeera Airways App (available at select airports) for each passenger in your group.

For travel to or from some destinations, your travel documents will need to be verified before a boarding pass can be issued. In this case, you won't receive a boarding pass when checking in online - please head to the Jazeera Airways check-in counters at the airport to collect your boarding pass.
