Soft Services Supervisor

 

Jazeera Airways is looking for Soft Services Supervisor who will ensure that all soft services—such as cleaning, pest control, waste management, event support, furniture management, and other related services—are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Check and confirm the materials, tools and equipment used by various contractors.
  • Establish and monitor daily facility checklists.
  • Observe and prepare review reports for each contractors against SLAs and KPIs.
  • Manage soft service store, maintaining store records, preparing consumption data.
  • Review and monitor cost allocation against budget for OPEX and CAPEX.
  • Verification and management of daily, weekly and monthly FM reports.
  • Follows up on client/occupant/tenant/ other department complaints.
  • Preparation and submission of quotations and estimates
  • To respond in a prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues and call center requests.
  • Report to Facilities Manager on work progress and issues daily.
  • Compile daily inspection checklist to monitor standard of work and completion to the schedule.
  • Coordinate with other teams/departments.
  • Display a sound knowledge of all soft service activities.
  • Strong teamwork ethic and promotion of customer service excellence.
  • Adopt a caring attitude in all interactions with staff.
  • Establish procedures for work for staff.
  • Ensure the provision of a safe and healthy working environment for all personnel.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma with relevant soft services qualifications and or knowledge.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) practices and policies.
  • Experience of safe working practices, risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work systems
  • Good teamwork ethics and promotion of customer service excellence.
