What qualifies as special baggage?
If your item measures more than 158 cm in total dimensions but stays under 300 cm, it qualifies as a special baggage. Whether it’s a giant teddy bear, a snowboard, or a piece of art that deserves its own spotlight, it’s special, and we treat it that way.
These unique items need secure packing and a little extra attention during travel. While this service won’t increase your baggage allowance, it will make sure your special items get the care they deserve from check-in to touchdown.

This service doesn’t add extra baggage allowance. The weight of your non-standard item counts toward your fare’s allowance. Extra weight, size, or quantity? That’ll come with extra charges.
Packaging requirements
All special items must be securely wrapped to avoid damage during travel.
Refund policy
Once booked, this service is non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable, except in cases of flight cancellation by the airline.
Onboard oversized items
Got a musical instrument or sports equipment? Some large items may need their own seat and must follow safety rules. Extra fees may apply.
Handling fees
