Can I transfer my eSIM from one phone to a new device?+
Yes, and it's super easy too. You just need to make sure your new device supports eSIM. Go ahead and delete the eSIM from your old device. How to install an eSIM?+
It’s super easy. Just follow these steps: Scan the QR code. Follow the installation steps on your device. Once installed, you can top-up anytime using the link sent to you via SMS.
How do I activate an eSIM on Android?+
First, unlock your phone and scan the QR code using your camera. Make sure you’re connected to the internet. Once the code is scanned, your phone will prompt you to add the plan. Go ahead and tap that. Then, just follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. Android makes it pretty smooth! Once you're set up, you’ll get a message with a link to book your roaming packages, so you can stay connected wherever you go.
Is my device eSIM-compatible?+

I bought a plan. When does it activate?+
Once you land at your destination, your data plan will automatically be switched on. If you're already there when you purchase the plan, it’ll start working right away.
How do I turn data usage back on for my original SIM after my BetterRoaming plan has expired?+
That's quite easy and simple. All you have to do is go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data, then tap on Cellular/Mobile Data again and select your original SIM profile. No need to delete your BetterRoaming eSIM as most smartphones can store multiple SIMs at once. You can also keep your BetterRoaming eSIM active. That way, whenever you land in a country where we offer data plans, you’ll get an SMS with a link to buy a plan for that region. And, if you decide to use it, you just have to go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data, tap Cellular/Mobile Data, and switch to BetterRoaming.
