1. Which Airport will Jazeera Airways flights operate from in Amman, Jordan?
Till 31st January 2026, flights will operate from Queen Alia International Airport.
From 1st February 2026, all Jazeera Airways flights will operate from Amman City Airport (Airport Code ADJ)
2. My itinerary shows Queen Alia International Airport, what should I do?
Your booking will continue to remain valid. You just report to the respective airport based on your flight date:
- Flights on or before 31st January 2026, Queen Alia International Airport
- Flights on or after 1st February 2026, Amman City Airport
3. Will my flight number or schedule change?
In most cases, your flight number and timing may remain the same, but passengers are advised to check their latest booking details before travelling.
4. Do I need to do anything if I already booked my ticket?
Yes. If you have an existing booking:
Please check your updated itinerary (airport name will reflect the change)
Ensure you arrange transport to/from Amman City Airport
Arrive early to allow time for check-in and airport procedures
5. How can I get to Amman City Airport?

6. What if my travel plans include ground transport or flights connecting beyond Amman?
- Please ensure all connections reflect Amman City Airport (ADJ) and confirm any shuttle or ground arrangements with your service provider.
- If your connecting flight is from Queen Alia International Airport on or after 1st February 2026, please ensure you have enough transit time to exit and travel between the two airports. The distance between Queen Alia International Airport and Amman City Airport is 30–35 km by road (depending on the route).
- Kindly check visa requirements to enter Amman and make all the necessary arrangements for transfers. Jazeera Airways will not be responsible for any of these.
7. What about connecting flights?
Jazeera Airways flights will be operating as follows:
- Flights on or before 31st January 2026, Queen Alia International Airport
- Flights on or after 1st February 2026, Amman City Airport
If your connecting flight is from Queen Alia International Airport on or post 1st February 2026, please ensure you have enough transit time to exit and travel to Amman City Airport.
You may also need to arrange for visas to enter Amman.
Please ensure you make all the necessary arrangements for transfers. Jazeera Airways will not be responsible for this.
8. How do I collect my baggage at Amman City Airport?
After arrival, follow the terminal signs to baggage reclaim. Baggage belts are conveniently located close to arrival exits to make your arrival smooth.
9. How can I confirm which airport my flight is using?
You can confirm your departure/arrival airport by checking:
- Your e-ticket / itinerary
- Jazeera Airways Manage Booking
- Jazeera Airways customer support
10. What should I look for on my ticket?
Please ensure your ticket shows Amman City Airport as your destination/arrival airport (not Queen Alia International Airport).

This change is part of Jazeera Airways’ commitment to offering passengers:

If you have onward travel plans from Queen Alia International Airport, please note:
- Jazeera Airways flights will arrive/depart from Amman City Airport
- You may need additional travel time between airports
- We strongly recommend reviewing your connection plans and allowing sufficient buffer time.

Passengers are responsible for arriving at the correct airport.
To avoid missing your flight:

- Flights from Kuwait to Jordan
- Flights from Jordan to Kuwait
