HR Operations Officer

 

We are looking for a HR Operations Officer who will provides administrative support to Human Resources department including but not limited to Employee Profile creating, onboarding and off-boarding, upkeep of HR files, time & attendance and payroll.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Enter new employees and update information on the HR system.
  • Ensure joining formalities are arranged including staff ID cards and email creation.
  • Ensure that bank information for new and existing employees is up to date.
  • Data management of new, existing and exit employee files (digital & physical) and ensure conformity with the employee checklist.
  • Manage end-to-end Exit process for employees.
  • Provide orientation and guidance on the use of employee self-services portal of the HR system application.
  • Assist in the monthly payroll process to ensure all HR transactions are added to the system.
  • Retrieve & compare attendance records with leave records on a weekly basis and highlight any discrepancies if found in the records.
  • Prepare HR letters such as Experience and Miscellaneous Letters.
  • Respond to internal and external HR queries wherever possible.
  • Participate in HR projects.
  • Prepare contracts and provide support in the onboarding process.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 1-3 years of experience relevant in HR with knowledge of payroll processes.
  • Knowledge of Kuwaiti Labor Law pertaining to the private sector
  • Strong ability to use MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and particularly Excel) Arabic and English – spoken and written
  • Well organized with the capacity to work under pressure
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
