You can choose to leave your BetterRoaming eSIM activated – this way, any time you arrive in a country where we offer data plans, you will receive an SMS with a link to purchase a data plan for that region. When you do, you can then instantly switch to using your BetterRoaming eSIM again by going to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Cellular/Mobile Data and selecting BetterRoaming.
