Passenger Service Agent

 

Jazeera Airways is looking for Passenger Service Agent in Kuwait at its Terminal 5 to provide high-quality customer service to passengers at all touchpoints in the airport, ensuring safe, efficient, and punctual ground handling in line with organisation standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Perform passenger check-in, boarding, and arrival functions using airline systems
  • Verify passenger travel documents and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
  • Provide assistance to passengers with special needs, unaccompanied minors, and VIPs
  • Manage boarding gate activities to ensure timely departures
  • Assist with baggage services, including mishandled baggage and tracing
  • Deliver accurate flight information and handle passenger queries professionally
  • Escalate operational or customer-related issues to supervisors when required
  • Uphold airline safety, security, and service standards


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Graduation Preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an airline or airport environment.
  • Holding valid certifications in Dangerous Goods (DG), Safety Management Systems (SMS), and Aviation Security (AVSEC).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Flexibility to work shifts (early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages an advantage)
  • Previous experience in an airline/airport environment preferred.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn airline systems (DCS, reservation tools)
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
  • Team player with problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask in a high-pressure operational environment
