Partial cancellations
To be done only through Jazeera Airways Offices.
Depending on which one is higher, 70% of the total fare or one-way fare of flown sector will be deducted, plus any applicable fee per sector and per guest will apply.
The remaining balance will be held as credit for 1 year. It can only be used by the booking holder.
** In the event of Failure to advise Jazeera Airways of changes / cancellations as outlined above or to check in at least one (1) hour prior to schedule departure, shall result in the cancellation of the itinerary and forfeiture of all associated funds. Any subsequent flights shall also be canceled and funds forfeited.
The booking you have purchased is valid only for transportation in sequence as shown on the ticket, from the place of origin departure to the final destination. If travel is not performed in the sequence provided in the booking, the entire ticket/itinerary shall not be refunded and shall lose its validity. Maintaining such a sequence constitutes an essential and integral part of our contract with you.
Fare rules for Business Class
Flight Change Fees:
You can make changes to your flight up to 3 hours before departure.
A service fee of 17 KWD will apply for flights from/to Cairo (per sector and per guest). Fare difference may apply.
Cancellation:
You can cancel your flight up to 3 hours before departure.
A service fee of 20 KWD will apply for flights from/to Cairo (per sector and per guest).
Flight Change Fees:
You can make changes to your flight up to 3 hours before departure.
A service fee of 27 KWD will apply for flights from/to Cairo (per sector and per guest). Fare difference may apply.
Cancellation:
You can cancel your flight up to 3 hours before departure.
A service fee of 30 KWD will apply for flights from/to Cairo (per sector and per guest).
** Airfares may change or be withdrawn without notice. Fares, excluding government-imposed taxes and charges, are guaranteed only when paid in full at the time of booking.

Important travelers’ note
Failure to check-in at least 1 hour prior to departure will result in forfeiture of funds.
Flight tickets must be used as per the sequence of booking. Failure to do so will result in your ticket/itinerary being considered invalid.
Travel from your last international layover must commence no later than 365 days after departure from fare origin.
For mixed-class bookings, most restrictive conditions will apply on the entire journey.
You must present your credit card or a front-side copy of the credit card used for payment as proof of purchase, at check-in. If you are not the credit card holder, then please make sure to present a copy of the credit card and ID proof of the card holder at check-in.
Airfares are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice. Airfares (excluding government-imposed taxes and charges) are only guaranteed if paid for in full at the time of booking.
