Terms & Conditions

Online meal orders must be placed not later than 24 hours before the flight's scheduled departure time.
All items for online meal orders are halal.
When there is more than one Passenger on a single booking, the Booker can pre-order items on behalf of the other passengers on that same booking.
Online meal orders are only available for Economy Class.
Online meal orders are not available on Cairo flights.
Hot meal orders are available on certain flights*.
After payment your pre order confirmation will appear on your confirmation page.
Change in meal selection will be allowed up to 24 hours before flight departure.
In case of flight changes made 24 hours or more prior flight:
- Modification
  - Online meal orders will be carried over to the new flight, provided that the new flight schedule is not less than 24 hours.
- Cancellation
  - Online meal orders will be refunded into the credit shell.
- In case of flight changes made less than 24 hours prior flight:
  - Modification
    - Online meal orders will be refunded into the credit shell.
  - Cancellation
  - Online meal orders will be refunded into the credit shell.
- Online meal orders cannot be refunded if not used on the selected flight for which the items have been pre-ordered, regardless of whether the Passenger flies or not.
