We are looking for Call Center & Reservation Agent(s) who would be responsible for inbound and outbound calls. Call Center Agent has to respond to incoming calls from the customers to answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the organization’s products or services. While maintaining high-quality customer service, the Call Center & Reservation Agent will also be responsible to convert calls into sales.
