Adobe Solutions Manager

 

The Adobe Solutions Manager is a pivotal leader in orchestrating seamless, personalized digital experiences across web and mobile channels. We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Experience Cloud Specialist to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade digital experiences. The role requires deep expertise across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, API integrations, and data-driven personalization. The ideal candidate will bridge business strategy with technical execution, ensuring scalable, secure, and impactful digital platforms.

This role goes beyond content management—it's about enabling real-time agility, data-driven personalization, and cross-platform orchestration using Adobe Experience Cloud and Azure.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Platform Ownership & Governance
    • Own the AEM Sites and Assets ecosystem, including authoring workflows, metadata governance, and DAM strategy
    • Define and enforce content lifecycle policies, versioning, and publishing standards
    • Establish governance models for multi-market, multilingual deployments
  • Integration & Architecture
    • Lead integration of AEM with Adobe Campaign, Target, Analytics, Marketo Engage, RT-CDP, and Azure services
    • Collaborate with architects to ensure scalable, secure, and performant infrastructure
  • Content & Experience Delivery
    • Empower authors with intuitive templates, components, and guided workflows
    • Drive dynamic content delivery based on segmentation, geo-targeting, and behavioral triggers
    • Manage headless and hybrid delivery models for mobile apps and third-party platforms
  • Operational Excellence
    • Monitor site performance, conduct audits, and implement optimizations
    • Coordinate with QA/UAT leads for release readiness and regression testing
    • Define SLAs, escalation paths, and support models for global operations
  • Stakeholder Enablement
    • Translate business needs into technical configurations and authoring guidelines
    • Conduct enablement sessions for marketers, content authors, and regional teams
    • Serve as the bridge between marketing, IT, and product teams to ensure alignment
  • Adobe AEM (Experience Manager):
    • Architect and implement scalable content management solutions
    • Customize components, templates, and workflows for multi-site deployments
    • Collaborate with UX and content teams to deliver optimized authoring experiences
  • Adobe RTCDP (Real-Time Customer Data Platform):
    • Design and manage XDM schemas, identity resolution, and segment creation
    • Integrate RTCDP with Adobe Target, Analytics, and external systems for real-time personalization
    • Govern data ingestion pipelines and ensure compliance with privacy standards
  • Adobe Marketo Engage / Marktech Stack:
    • Configure lead scoring, nurture campaigns, and marketing automation flows
    • Align campaign strategy with RTCDP segments and behavioral triggers
  • Adobe Target:
    • Implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies
    • Personalize experiences using shared profile attributes and edge segmentation
    • Integrate with RTCDP for same-page and next-session personalization
  • Adobe Analytics:
    • Configure tracking plans, custom dimensions, and calculated metrics
    • Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to inform optimization
    • Integrate with AEM and Target for closed-loop reporting
  • Adobe DAM (Digital Asset Management):
    • Manage digital assets lifecycle, metadata, and taxonomy.
    • Enable seamless asset delivery across channels and platforms.
    • Ensure governance, rights management, and scalability of DAM usage.
  • REST & GraphQL APIs:
    • Develop and consume APIs for data exchange between Adobe platforms and external systems
    • Ensure secure, scalable, and performant API integrations
    • Document endpoints and maintain version control
  • Adobe Universal Adaptor:
    • Configure and maintain connectors for third-party data sources
    • Enable unified data views across CRM, commerce, and analytics platforms
    • Troubleshoot adaptor issues and optimize data flow


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital transformation or marketing technology.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products.
  • Strong understanding of AEM architecture, component development, and DAM workflows.
  • Deep expertise in AEP and RTCDP including XDM schema design, profile migration, and segmentation.
  • Experience with integration of Adobe tools with external platforms.
  • Adobe certifications (AEM Architect, AEP Expert) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
