Sometimes there are delays and cancellations, here you can learn how Jazeera Airways will keep you updated.

If your flight is delayed or cancelled we’ll send an email and an SMS to you if we have your number, using the contact details you've entered in Manage Booking. Make sure you keep your personal information updated so we can contact you.

Yes. We’ll rebook your disrupted flight and any onward connections if required. We’ll send an updated itinerary to the contact details you provided in your booking. You can also view your updated itinerary in Manage Booking.

Yes. In case of flight disruption or irregularities you can request a refund. Cancellation fees do not apply and a full refund will be given for unused tickets. Even if you have a non-refundable ticket, you’re entitled to a full refund. If you have partially used tickets, we’ll refund the value of the unused portion of your ticket.
